Pete Thomas is Executive Chair of Vistage Michigan, where he leads CE 49, a private peer advisory group for CEOs, presidents, business owners, and senior executives. He is also an executive coach to leaders across a range of industries, including manufacturing, banking, technology, infrastructure, and professional services.

As a former CEO, Pete led his company through a strategic plan that positioned it for a successful acquisition, and he built sales teams that delivered consecutive years of double-digit growth.

Pete is an ICF-certified coach and has completed coursework in accounting and finance, economics, and statistics through Harvard Business School Online. He has also completed specialized training in Open Book Management and in cognitive behavior therapy through the Beck Institute.
